Virgin Media is urging households to act quickly as its offer of up to £250 in switching credit for new customers ends on Wednesday, April 1. The promotion applies to a range of broadband and TV bundles, with the credit designed to cover early termination fees for customers leaving other providers such as Sky, BT, or Vodafone.
To claim the offer, customers must visit the Virgin Media website, enter their postcode to check availability, and select the 'One Touch Switch' option at checkout. Virgin Media will then contact the customer with details on how to receive the credit.
Eligible broadband bundles start from M125 Fibre Broadband at £23.99 per month, suitable for two-person households with 5-9 devices. Higher-tier options include M500 Fibre Broadband (£25.99 per month) for larger households, and Gig1 Fibre Broadband (£29.99 per month) for heavy gamers and streamers.
TV and broadband bundles are also included, such as the Entertainment bundle (£31.99 per month) with 362 Mbps speeds, 200 channels, and Netflix Standard. The Sport bundle (£52.99 per month) offers 516 Mbps speeds and nine Sky Sports channels, while the Cinema bundle (£42.99 per month) includes Sky Cinema HD. The all-inclusive Sport + Cinema bundle costs £64.99 per month.
Customer reviews on Trustpilot are mixed, with some praising speeds and installation, while others note delays in connection. Vodafone is running a similar offer of £200 switching credit for new broadband customers.
