McDonald's has introduced a new menu to celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup, featuring themed cups, limited-edition meals, and two new "iconic" burgers. The footie-inspired range launched on June 9 and will be available for a limited time only, as the fast-food chain rotates its menu every six weeks across the UK.
New Burgers
The Sweet Carolina BBQ Stack includes two 100% British & Irish quarter pounder beef patties with cheese, bacon, crispy and grilled onions, and lettuce, finished with a sweet Carolina sauce. The Mexican Chipotle Chicken features a 100% chicken breast in a crispy coating, topped with chipotle mayo, smoky sauce, slivered and crispy onions, lettuce, and white cheddar cheese in a toasted bun. These US-themed burgers nod to the World Cup taking place in North America.
Limited-Time Meal and Collectible Cups
A new limited-time meal allows customers to choose from a Big Mac, nine McNuggets, or a McPlant, served with fries and a soft drink. Prices start at £9.39 for a medium size. Each meal comes with a randomly allocated collectible cup, with six different designs available.
New Snack: Crunchy Cheese Bites
McDonald's now offers Crunchy Cheese Bites, a blend of mozzarella and gouda in a crunchy breadcrumb coating, served with a BBQ dip.
Returning Favorites
The Big Mac sauce returns as a dip, offering that tangy flavor without the burger. Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry and Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry are also back, with prices starting at £1.89 for a mini size.
