Motorists are facing rush-hour chaos on the M25 after a vehicle fire forced the closure of the anticlockwise carriageway between Junction 25 for Enfield and Junction 24 for Potters Bar. A National Highways spokesperson confirmed: “On the M25 anticlockwise between J25 (Enfield) and J24 (Potters Bar), traffic has been held due to a vehicle fire. The fire service are on scene. There are delays of 30 minutes and 4 miles of congestion on the approach.”
