Emotional Ricky Hatton Tribute Show at AO Arena

Thousands of fans filled the AO Arena on Sunday, June 7, for an emotional tribute show honoring Manchester boxing legend Ricky Hatton, who passed away in September 2025. The event, titled 'Evening4Ricky', featured a Las Vegas-style celebration with a reimagined boxing stage and 12 entertainment 'rounds' performed by a lineup of artists and sports stars.

Among the highlights was an appearance by Ricky's son, Campbell Hatton, who broke down in tears as he addressed the crowd. Campbell, also a professional boxer, struggled to hold back his emotions while paying tribute to his father's legacy.

Star-Studded Lineup

The show brought together a diverse range of performers, including darts legend Phil Taylor, comedian and TV presenter Paddy McGuinness, and former boxer Tony Bellew. Other notable figures such as comedian Jason Manford also took part in the event, which was designed to celebrate Hatton's life and career.
