Meghan and Harry Pay Tribute to Queen with Black Website

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II by turning the front page of their website black, following the monarch's death at the age of 96.

Buckingham Palace announced the Queen's passing on Thursday evening, prompting the Royal Family's official website to be updated with a statement and a poignant image. The Prince and Princess of Wales's website was also temporarily suspended.

Prince Harry arrived at Balmoral nearly an hour and a half after the Queen's death was announced. Flight data showed his jet was still in the air when the news broke at 6.30pm, landing 15 minutes later. He was seen leaving the airport just after 7pm and reached the Scottish estate at 7.52pm.

Harry travelled alone, without his wife Meghan, having cancelled his appearance at the WellChild Awards in London. Meghan remained in London but may join Harry in Scotland later, a source said.
