Jeremy Clarkson has publicly criticised his 'Clarkson's Farm' co-star Kaleb Cooper after the young farmer's birthday 'gift' to his girlfriend, Lisa Hogan. The 64-year-old presenter took to Instagram on 29 May to share a photo of Lisa, 51, smiling in a grey top hat and burgundy blanket, simply captioned 'Birthday Girl'.
Among the flood of well-wishes, Kaleb, 25, commented: 'Now the question is did Lisa like my singing this morning happy birthday,' followed by a laughing emoji. Jeremy's blunt reply was a firm 'No', suggesting the serenade was not well received.
However, Lisa, who hails from Dublin, Ireland, and works on Diddly Squat Farm with Jeremy, jokingly responded: 'adored all perfectly sung first five words,' adding 'I really did, t'was perfection' with a smiling emoji, softening the blow.
The trio stars in Amazon Prime's hit series 'Clarkson's Farm', which follows their farming adventures. The third series is currently airing, with a fourth in production, though filming was recently halted by a drone, sparking Jeremy's fury on social media.
Rumours suggest the fourth series could be the last, as executive producer Andy Wilman stated: 'I've got no feelings on whether there's series five. Jeremy's the same. He's like: "when we've got nothing left to say, let's walk away".' Despite being Amazon Prime's highest-rated original UK show, no commitment has been made for a fifth series.
