Danniella Westbrook has been seen at University College London Hospital (UCLH) just days after her break-up from fiancé David was announced. The 48-year-old former EastEnders star shared a video on Instagram Stories showing herself sitting in a hospital corridor wearing a face mask, captioned 'Vibe check'.
Westbrook did not disclose the reason for her visit or whether she was accompanying someone else. The trip follows a series of health scares earlier this year, including a hospitalisation in June for a 'sudden health shock' and a previous admission for septicemia, a potentially life-threatening blood infection.
Her spokesperson previously told The Sun that the June episode was 'caught early and dealt with by medical professionals', but noted it could have been 'severe and life threatening'. Westbrook later confirmed on social media that she had suffered a 'septicemia episode'.
The latest hospital visit comes after her representative confirmed to the Mirror that Westbrook had split from her fiancé David, stating: 'The decision hasn’t come lightly and it is a decision that she feels is best for her and her career at this moment in time.'
