Triple M Star Emma Freedman Announces Pregnancy Five Months After Wedding

Triple M presenter Emma Freedman, 29, has announced she is expecting her first child with husband Charlie Rundle, just five months after their wedding. The sports broadcaster shared the news on Instagram on Wednesday, posting a photo of herself and Charlie with the caption: 'We are thrilled that we'll be meeting our own little Rundle Bundle in late May next year!'

Freedman, daughter of legendary racehorse trainer Lee Freedman, revealed on Triple M's The Grill Team that she has experienced morning sickness, including pulling over on Oxford Street to vomit. She said the early mornings have been manageable but afternoons are tougher. To conceal her bump during the racing season, she avoided tight clothes and pretended to drink sodas.

The couple, who married at Sydney's Paddington Reservoir in June, have decided not to find out the baby's sex until birth, though Freedman suspects a girl due to citrus cravings. She added that their dog Utah is already 'amazing with children' and rests his head on her tummy during naps.

Freedman and Rundle, an asset manager at RG Property, began dating in 2015 and got engaged in early January. She had previously told Stellar magazine that they wanted children and were open to starting a family soon after marriage.
