The event marks a milestone ahead of her graduation and upcoming move to the University of Miami.
Kai shared photos on Instagram, posing with her parents, Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump, as well as close friends. Golden balloons in the shape of the number 26 decorated the background. In a YouTube video, she documented her prom preparation, which included getting her nails done, buying makeup, and playing a round of golf.
Her mother Vanessa expressed excitement, saying, 'I think she's going to have a fun time with her friends.' Donald Trump Jr. offered humorous advice: 'The only rule for prom is whatever you thought I would have done at prom, don't do that.' Kai, who has hinted at a possible prom date, told her followers she is 'kind of talking to a guy right now.'
The teen has faced health challenges this year, including left wrist surgery in January and an allergic reaction at The Masters in April. She described the reaction to hand soap as 'so, so scary,' but has since recovered.
