In 2023, Price documented her IVF attempts in the Channel 4 series Katie Price: Making Babies. The treatment involved hormone stimulation and egg collection, but only one egg was fertilised and did not result in a viable pregnancy. Price later said she felt exhausted and decided not to pursue further IVF cycles.
Despite the setback, Price expressed a desire for more children, revealing she had no eggs left but still wanted a sixth child. She explored surrogacy, claiming she had a surrogate lined up, but the arrangement fell through after the surrogate said she was treated poorly.
Around Christmas 2024, Price suffered a miscarriage with then-partner JJ Slater. She described the experience as devastating, saying, 'We went from joy and relief that I could get pregnant naturally, to confusion, heartbreak and sadness.'
