Christine Baumgartner, the ex-wife of actor Kevin Costner, has remarried two years after filing for divorce. She wed Josh Connor, a former family friend, on Saturday at the Santa Ynez Ranch in Santa Barbara, California, with 100 guests in attendance, according to People magazine.
The couple’s engagement was announced in January, with a source revealing that Connor proposed on a beach in Santa Barbara. Baumgartner was reportedly surprised, expecting an intimate dinner instead. The pair spent Christmas together in New York, where their relationship began.
Baumgartner was married to Costner for 18 years before filing for divorce in May 2023, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple share three children: Cayden, 18, Hayes, 16, and Grace, 15. Their divorce was finalised in February 2024, with joint custody agreed upon in September 2023.
During the divorce proceedings, Baumgartner sought $248,000 monthly child support, and Connor was mentioned in a child support hearing, though an attorney stated they were “nothing more than friends” at the time. A source later said their relationship grew from a strong friendship.
