Maya Jama has displayed her 'love and hurt' tattoo following her split from Manchester City footballer Ruben Dias. The Love Island host, 31, dated the 29-year-old defender for around 18 months before they parted ways a few weeks ago.
The tattoo, which runs vertically down her hip, features Arabic script that translates to: 'Love like you've never been hurt, dance like nobody's watching.' She first revealed the inking online in March, and it was on full display as she posed in a blue bikini for the Agent Provocateur Swim 2026 campaign.
Since the split, allegations have emerged that Dias was 'toe-dipping' during the relationship. Screenshots obtained by the Sun appear to show him following and unfollowing model Catarina Duraes in March, and a woman named Claire from Perth last November. An insider told the outlet: 'It might just seem like a simple follow online but it's the intention behind it... it's seedy.'
There is no suggestion Dias cheated or messaged the women, but the source added: 'Ruben's single now so can do what he wants, but the toe dipping whilst he was with Maya will raise eyebrows.' The former couple reportedly split as Maya left to film Celebrity Traitors in Scotland and is now in Majorca for Love Island, while Dias focuses on the World Cup with Portugal.
A source previously told the Sun: 'Maya and Ruben had a wonderful time together... but with both of their careers going into overdrive this summer, they realised that the relationship had run its course.'
