Disgraced rapper P Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, has been sued by a male former child actor who alleges the music mogul sexually assaulted him at a networking event in Hollywood.
Lawsuit Details
The lawsuit, filed under the pseudonym John Doe to protect the accuser's identity, claims that in 2007, the then-child actor was invited to a networking event in the Hollywood Hills. The plaintiff alleges that Diddy asked to speak privately about potential career opportunities.
During the private meeting, the accuser claims Diddy began "rubbing on parts of his body" before performing a sex act on the man and pleasuring himself. According to court filings obtained by TMZ, the accuser told Combs he felt uncomfortable. Diddy allegedly responded by saying he would "keep him in mind for possible opportunities" before leaving the room. The man left the event shortly after the encounter.
Diddy's Legal History
This lawsuit comes after Diddy was sentenced to four years in prison last year for two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of more serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. Diddy is currently incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix, having been transferred from MDC-Brooklyn in October. A representative stated that Diddy is actively participating in the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP) and takes the process seriously. He is expected to be released in April 2028. Diddy has appealed his 50-month sentence, arguing improper sentencing, but a federal judge denied his request to overturn the conviction.
Response from Diddy's Representatives
A spokesperson for Combs strongly denied the allegations, stating: "The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He's just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest."
