Peter Crouch has finally revealed the real name of his baby boy, Jack, after teasing fans with a joke name. The 38-year-old former England striker and his wife, model Abbey Clancy, 33, welcomed their fourth child six weeks ago.
Writing in the Daily Mail, Crouch said: 'We have just welcomed our fourth child, Jack, into the family and the wonderful chaos that comes with a new baby means it hasn't really hit me that I haven't gone back for pre-season training.'
The news comes after Crouch jokingly told followers the baby was called Divock Samrat, named after Liverpool FC star Divock Origi and his favourite Indian restaurant. He later clarified the name was a gag on his podcast, revealing Abbey was in on the joke.
'He might get bullied if his name is Divock,' Crouch said. 'To me Divock was a lovely name. Abs said to me, "You've got to tweet it, it's brilliant."'
Crouch also tweeted to assure fans: 'Our boy is beautiful the name is still to be clarified unfortunately Abs not going for Divock Samrat.' The couple also have Sophia, eight, Liberty, four, and Johnny, one.
