Piers Morgan Slams Brooklyn Beckham as 'Prince Harry of Spoiled Brat Entitled Sons'
Piers Morgan Calls Brooklyn Beckham 'Prince Harry of Spoiled Brats'

Piers Morgan didn't hold back as he voiced his views on the Brooklyn Beckham controversy yesterday. The outspoken broadcaster branded Brooklyn the 'Prince Harry of spoiled brat entitled sons' after the young celebrity featured in a controversial World Cup advertisement.

Brooklyn's World Cup Ad Sparks Backlash

Brooklyn has dominated headlines once more after featuring in a sponsored video with a food delivery company to coincide with the World Cup. In the advertisement, Brooklyn tells the camera: 'You're probably wondering why I'm watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home...' He concludes the DoorDash ad laughing: 'It's a long story.'

The clip appears to contain several seemingly concealed messages. While Brooklyn has been sporting the £250,000 Patek Philippe Nautilus watch presented to him by his father, who competed in three World Cups in 1998, 2002 and 2006, he dismisses this connection by deliberately positioning a new one on his coffee table. Additionally, there was a pile of unopened correspondence from home – possibly a reference to his reluctance to maintain contact with his family.

Family 'Shocked' by Attack Advert

Sources close to David and Victoria say they've been left stunned by the 'attack' advert, and Piers Morgan has queried why Brooklyn participated in the commercial. Sharing a Daily Mail post, Piers Morgan wrote on X yesterday: 'Wow. He really is the Prince Harry of spoiled brat entitled sons. Imagine doing this to your family for cash?'

One X user responded: 'You got a real bee in your bonnet about Harry and Meghan. Let it go! It's been said and done.'

Brooklyn has faced such intense criticism from his Instagram followers, who condemned him for his advert on the social media platform, that he has subsequently altered his settings to restrict who can comment.

Failed Reconciliation Attempts

Brooklyn has purportedly rejected multiple opportunities to reconcile with his parents, brothers and sister. Just this Friday, his sister Harper, 14, visited his Beverly Hills residence to deliver a handwritten note. Nevertheless, any hopes the young star harboured of offering an olive branch to her older brother were crushed as Harper didn't enter the property.

Instead, Brooklyn was in New York, on the opposite side of the United States, and posted an image of himself on a run. Following the photographs of his sister surfacing, a source said that Brooklyn felt 'uncomfortable' and claimed that it was an 'orchestrated move by his family.'

Sources close to his parents had reacted strongly after Brooklyn's team claimed the photographs had been 'choreographed.' 'It is incredibly sad that this horrible accusation is being levelled at an innocent young girl who just desperately misses her brother,' a source close to his parents said.

The Express has contacted Brooklyn's representatives for comment.
