Stacey Solomon shared a 'special update' with fans alongside her husband, Joe Swash, as they returned home after an overnight camping trip. The TV star couple, who married in 2022, recently faced rumours about their relationship, but they have now been seen closer than ever.
Camping Adventure with the Family
Stacey packed herself, Joe, and five of their six children off for a night of camping despite the drizzly weather. She documented the weekend on Instagram, sharing videos of her daughters Rose and Belle walking a pony named Blackberry. The girls loved the experience, leading fans to suggest the family get their own ponies at Pickle Cottage.
Addressing the Pony Rumours
In a video captioned 'A special little update', Stacey and Joe reflected on their trip. Stacey explained that while they cannot have ponies at Pickle Cottage due to the ducks and chickens, Joe built stables on his lake. They have been researching and met with a sanctuary, now considering fostering ponies. 'We want to be really good foster parents,' Stacey said, as Joe added, 'We've got to get it right!'
Fostering Plans
The couple are in the early stages of planning. Stacey concluded, 'Will keep you updated on our pony fostering journey.' Fans are excited for the new addition to their family.
Relationship Rumours Addressed
Earlier, Stacey spoke out about the impact of speculation on their marriage. On the Sort Your Life Out Unpacked podcast, she said, 'Who cares if the whole world is like: Oh, they're on the brink of divorce? Being in the public eye creates certain pressures, but not on our relationship.' She added that they are like any other couple, sometimes loving and sometimes needing space.
