Taylor Swift has announced the release of an intimate concert film, 'Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions', which will premiere exclusively on Disney+ at midnight PST on Wednesday, November 25.
The trailer, unveiled on Tuesday, shows Swift performing each track from her album 'Folklore' in order, accompanied by co-producers Aaron Dessner and Jack Antonoff. The film also features a guest appearance from Justin Vernon, known as Bon Iver.
In the trailer, Swift reflects on the album's creation during isolation, stating: 'This could have been a time where I absolutely lost my mind and instead, I think this album was a real flotation device.' She added that the album 'allows you to feel your feelings and is a product of isolation.'
The concert film will include discussions about the stories and secrets behind each of the 17 songs. Swift previously described the album as a result of her imagination 'running wild' in isolation, saying: 'Picking up a pen was my way of escaping into fantasy, history, and memory.'
