John Simm headlines series one as DC Marcus Farrow, while Philip Glenister leads series two as prison officer Dave Murdoch. Supporting cast includes Anastasia Hille, Craig Parkinson, Benedict Wong, MyAnna Buring, and Ralph Ineson.

'Prey' earned a BAFTA Television Award nomination in the 'Mini Series' category in 2015. John Simm also won a Royal Television Society North West Award for 'Best Male Performance' for his role in series one.
