Former Coronation Street actress Lucy Fallon has sparked speculation about a new career direction after debuting a dramatic makeover and hosting an award at the NME Awards. The 24-year-old, who left the ITV soap earlier this year, appeared at the ceremony with long platinum blonde hair extensions, fuelling rumours of a potential presenting role.
Fallon took to Instagram to share her excitement after presenting the Best British Band award alongside BBC Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw. In her caption, she wrote: 'Last night I presented the ‘best British band’ award with @nicholasgrimshaw to @the1975. I'm still not over it.' The post has led fans to speculate that she may be pursuing a career in television presenting.
According to reports, Fallon is also rumoured to be joining the reality show Cruising With Jane McDonald, where she would review a luxury cruise ship. Additionally, sources claim that I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! producers are keen to sign her for the next series, following the success of former EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa and Coronation Street's Andrew Whyment.
