Coronation Street's Newcomer Jodie Revealed to Be Engaged to This City Is Ours Star

Coronation Street viewers were introduced to a new character, Jodie, during Monday's hour-long crossover episode with Emmerdale. The dramatic car pile-up saw Jodie escape from a van where she was being held captive by Emmerdale's Graham Foster, who made a surprise return.

Jodie, played by Olivia Frances Brown, was later rescued by Kit Green and ended up in hospital alongside Shona Platt. Upcoming spoilers hint at further drama involving the mysterious newcomer.

Off-screen, Olivia Frances Brown is engaged to James Nelson-Joyce, best known for playing Michael Kavanagh in the BBC series This City Is Ours. The couple announced their engagement in 2023 and recently shared a festive Instagram post.
