The ITV soap confirmed the topical addition on Friday, with characters Cain (Jeff Hordley) and Moira (Natalie J Robb) set to reference the match.
Producer Laura Shaw expressed support for the England team, saying: "The whole team here at Emmerdale would like to send our huge congratulations to the England football team on reaching the final... We wish them the very best of luck for Sunday and we are thrilled to be showing our support in Monday night's episode."
The schedule change comes as other soaps like Coronation Street and EastEnders face cancellations or reshuffles due to football coverage. Meanwhile, Emmerdale has explosive storylines ahead, including the return of Ella Forster, whose car crash is teased after she reappears in the village.
