Casualty fans are convinced that a new romance is blossoming between two fan-favourite characters, Jan Jennings (Di Botcher) and Siobhan McKenzie (Melanie Hill), after a tender moment in the latest episode of the BBC medical drama.

The episode was packed with drama, continuing the fallout from Stevie Nash's (Elinor Lawless) relationship with junior doctor Matty Linlaker (Aron Julius). While Stevie's fate at Holby ED remains unknown, viewers saw another relationship come to an abrupt end when Cam Mickelthwaite (Barney Walsh) broke up with Indie Jankowski (Naomi Wakszlak).
