Thousands of people participated in Pride events in Edinburgh and Glasgow over the weekend, marking a significant return for the celebrations.
Pride Edinburgh celebrated its 25th anniversary, with a march from the Scottish Parliament to Edinburgh University. The event drew large crowds, highlighting the continued support for LGBTQ+ rights.
In Glasgow, Pride returned for the first time in three years, although a separate event, Mardi Gla, was held last year. The parade was a vibrant display of solidarity and celebration.
Additionally, canoeists and paddle boarders joined a Pride on the Clyde event, adding a unique water-based element to the festivities.
