Explosions in Tehran After Trump Threatens Iran

Explosions have been heard in Iran's capital in the early hours of Thursday after US President Donald Trump threatened to hit the country hard.

Details of the Explosions

Journalist Vahid Mirzaei reported on X: 'Another massive explosion in Tehran.' The explosions came just minutes after US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth said the Central Command 'will be busy tonight' following Trump's threat.

US Military Response

CENTCOM forces began launching what it called 'additional self-defense strikes' against multiple targets in Iran at the direction of Trump. 'The strikes are in response to Iran's unwarranted and continued aggression,' the CENTCOM post on X continued.
