'Living Nostradamus' Predicts Solar Storms and Arctic Wars

Athos Salomé, a 39-year-old Brazilian parapsychologist known as the 'Living Nostradamus', has issued a series of predictions for 2026, including a major solar storm expected between March 12 and 15. Salomé, who claims an accurate track record for forecasting events such as the Covid-19 pandemic and the death of Queen Elizabeth II, says the solar storm could cause global power outages and damage electrical systems.

In an interview with UNILAD, Salomé described solar storms as the prediction he is 'most scared' about, citing 'consistent evidence' and 'measurable signals' pointing to potential power cuts, communication failures, and technological disruptions. He noted that solar activity arrives 'swiftly, without much warning', making it a high-stakes event for 2026.

The most severe solar storm on record, the Carrington Event of 1859, caused telegraph systems to fail and auroras visible in the tropics. A similar event today could lead to an 'internet apocalypse', air traffic restrictions, satellite malfunctions, and worldwide blackouts, with trillions in economic losses.

Beyond solar storms, Salomé has warned of full-scale wars in two unexpected regions: the wider Sahel region in Africa, particularly northern Niger, and the Arctic. He predicts these areas will become battlegrounds for proxy wars between superpowers, driven by the rise of extremist groups in the Sahel and geopolitical tensions in the Arctic.
