Released on Friday, 5th June, Office Romance stars Brett Goldstein of Ted Lasso fame alongside superstar Jennifer Lopez. The film follows a lawyer and an airline CEO whose professional and personal lives become entangled. Lopez portrays formidable yet underestimated CEO Jackie Cruz, while Goldstein plays straight-talking yet awkward Brit Daniel Blanchflower.
As they flout their office's zero-tolerance policy against workplace romance, Jackie's second-in-command Sydney Bloom, played by Betty Gilpin, grows suspicious of their after-hours behaviour. However, Sydney is heavily pregnant and, after refusing to take maternity leave, finds herself giving birth right in the middle of confronting Daniel about his feelings for Jackie.

The pressure of the situation and strong-arming from Sydney forces the couple to confess they have been sleeping together, and the baby follows soon after in a surprisingly smooth delivery. Despite the childbirth scene being brief, fans have been gobsmacked by the decision to show an incredibly graphic close-up of the baby's crowning head.
Viewers have taken to X to react to the scene, which gained further attention after a viral post encouraged people to fast-forward to the 1 hour and 20 minute mark for a full glimpse. 'Honestly, I was pretty freaked out when I first saw the prosthetic vagina,' Gilpin admitted to Variety. 'I had a nervous breakdown and then I was like, Oh, but I'll be holding the ultimate working mum's hand, Jennifer Lopez, so what could go wrong?'
