The Block star Eliza Paschke, 37, has taken revenge on her sister Liberty, 34, by forcing her to eat only fried food for a week. The challenge, dubbed 'Fry Before You Die', was a response to Liberty making Eliza eat vegan food for a week earlier.
On the latest episode of their podcast Try Before You Die, Eliza explained her motivation: 'Your worst nightmare is fatty, unhealthy, calorie laden food. Which is my dream! Why not force you to eat like I do at every single meal so that maybe you can find a happy medium?'
Liberty reluctantly agreed and later revealed the results. 'I hated every moment of it, I felt disgusting and I put on so much weight,' she said. 'But I feel so much more balanced now and I like that I know I can now eat out. I reckon I could try it again.'
Eliza, who worked as Hamish Blake and Andy Lee's assistant for 10 years, recently started a regular column for 9Honey. She and Liberty finished second on The Block in 2023, winning $1.05m.
