Former EastEnders actress Danniella Westbrook has revealed she has lost her home and is currently living in sheltered accommodation. The 41-year-old made the shocking announcement on Twitter to prevent someone from selling the story to a magazine.
Westbrook wrote: “It's been a tuff year for me &its with great regret I have 2 admit , I've lost my home an I'm living in sheltered housing waiting 2b housed.” She added: “I have the love of my kids & afew good friends.”
The actress has been forced into temporary accommodation while awaiting local authority assistance, as she can no longer afford her house in Kent. She split from husband Kevin Jenkins in January after 12 years of marriage and has faced a challenging year, including a relapse into cocaine use following a miscarriage.
Westbrook also suffered a string of robberies at her former Essex home and discovered her car had been repossessed over missed payments. She recently split from her toy boy beau, Tom Richards, 24.
