Lisa Armstrong has reportedly severed all ties with her ex-husband Ant McPartlin by selling their former marital home. The five-bedroom west London property, which was the "last link" to her ex after their divorce in 2018, has been on the market for over two years. She has now accepted a lower offer, and the house has been sold subject to contracts for £3.2 million.

Details of the Property Sale

Ant and Lisa bought the house for £2.3 million in 2006. A source told the Mirror that Lisa was "delighted that the last remnants of her marriage have been finally put to bed." The property had been rented out after the divorce before being listed for sale. In September 2023, a fire caused over £1 million in damages. The lavish home, first listed for £4 million in May 2024, features an 80-foot south-facing rear garden, a garden studio, a gym, and a cinema room.

Final Break from the Past

The sale comes after the death of her dog Hurley, which was another link to Ant. Lisa was said to be "beyond heartbroken" over the 12-year-old dog, who was at the center of a custody battle during their divorce. Hurley's passing ended any contact she had with the TV star. In recent years, Lisa or her mother used to meet to exchange the dog as they shared custody.

Ant McPartlin's Life After Divorce

Two months after the divorce, Ant crashed into two other cars while over twice the drink-drive limit. He admitted drink-driving, was fined £86,000, and given a 20-month ban. He went into rehab and took a 10-month break from TV. The ITV star is now married to his former assistant Anne-Marie Corbett, and the couple have a son, Wilder, born on May 14 last year.

Lisa Armstrong's New Beginnings

Lisa, who reportedly received a £31 million divorce settlement from Ant, bought a house near Oxford for over £700,000 in 2024. She also purchased another £3.8 million house in West London in 2020.
