Big Brother 2025 is reportedly set to return this autumn, with ITV bosses planning to extend the civilian series to seven weeks in honour of the show's 25th Anniversary. Dates listed by production company Banijay suggest the next civilian run could launch on Sunday 28th or Monday 29th September and conclude on 14th November, though ITV has not confirmed these dates.
Since ITV revived the reality show in 2023, the last two civilian series have run for six weeks. The potential seven-week run would align with viewer calls for a longer series, reminiscent of the show's earlier, lengthier seasons.
Last year's Big Brother saw Ali Bromley crowned champion with 51.9 per cent of the vote, while Marcello Spooks finished second. During her stint, Ali clashed with Khaled Khaled, whom she accused of being 'fake,' though they parted on good terms. Ali told MailOnline in November that their exchange at the final was 'brief' but expressed hope for moving forward without animosity.
Viewers also followed Nathan King and Rosie Williams' romance, which ended in February, three months after leaving the show. Nathan said they 'amicably' decided to part ways, realising they were 'better off as friends.'
