Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams Sell £5.25m London Home for Bigger Property

Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams have sold their £5.25 million London home in Battersea as they search for a larger property to accommodate their growing family. The couple, married since 2018, share three children: Theodore, six, Gigi, four, and Otto, two. The two-storey home, spanning over 4,000 sq ft, was put on the market earlier this year.

The property featured a 750 sq ft open-plan kitchen and living area that opened onto a terrace with outdoor furniture and a grill. It also included a primary bedroom with en-suite, two additional bedrooms, a home gym, and a cinema room. The couple had decorated the home with colourful artwork by Irish artists such as Chloe Early and Conor Harrington, and a bright orange sectional sofa with turquoise striped cushions.

Matthews, 37, previously revealed that his interior design ideas for the home were rejected by his wife. He told the Sunday Times: 'I thought it would be cool to have this fun, New York studio vibe. Exposed brick, an orange resin floor, motorbikes indoors, supercool man cave stuff – but it was outgunned.' Williams, 40, responded: 'I absolutely hated it. It was so uncomfortable. And then I had to pay to get wood flooring instead.'

The former Made In Chelsea star, who is worth an estimated £12.5 million, has stated that he does not plan to leave his fortune to his children. He said: 'There’s no point in doing well in life and then giving it all to your kids. It’s doing them a huge disservice.' Matthews, who attended Eton College and is the son of hotelier David Matthews, has built his wealth through his alcohol-free spirits company CleanCo, podcasts, and TV appearances.

Williams, who has an estimated net worth of over £3 million, is set to appear on this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!. The couple also own a property in Dublin, Ireland.
