Love Island Villa Stunned by Ope's Cocktail Night Fallout

The fallout from cocktail night is set to unravel during tonight's episode of Love Island, with Ope's behavior in particular leaving the villa stunned.

Boys' Secret Date with Bombshells

In last night's episode (June 7), the lads were given the opportunity to meet two new bombshells for drinks outside the villa. They voted in favor of sneaking out to welcome the newcomers, with only Samraj and Sean showing reluctance about leaving their current partners on what was meant to be a group cocktail evening.

Unbeknownst to the boys, the girls received a text revealing their plans. A massive screen was installed in the villa, giving them a front-row view of how their partners behaved when they thought they were not being watched.

Ope's Audacious Move

Bombshells Namibia and Victoria had chosen several boys for one-on-one dates, which will air during tonight's show. Ope's date with Victoria is especially likely to cause a stir. After sitting down with Victoria, Ope kisses her hand before confessing that his current pairing with Angelista is progressing very slowly. Victoria then probes him: "So you still haven't had your first kiss?" to which Ope replies, "No, are you going to be my first kiss?"

His audacious move leaves the girls back at the villa shocked. Yasmin remarks: "I did not expect him to act like this," as Angelista, already upset from his admission that he had a "wandering eye," looks on.

Tense Return and Fallout

Upon returning to the villa, the lads quickly realize they have been under surveillance after spotting the large screen. Ope tries to engage Angelista in a conversation, but she rebuffs his advances. The frosty exchange between Ope and Angelista is not the only tense moment tonight. Jasmine is also left fuming by what she witnessed. She tells one Islander: "A bunch of you acted like boys, and a bunch of you acted like men."

Aidan, who boasted about being in a "sandwich" with Ellie and Yasmin, is also called out for his comments. Ellie tells him: "This is to clear stuff up for Yas," adding, "I feel like you're saying one thing to me and one thing to her, and it's not fair." Aidan accuses Ellie of causing trouble, telling her: "I think it's pretty clear what's going on," as Ellie retorts: "Why are you coming vexed at me? Because I'll just come back to you with the same energy."

Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
