The program, named HomeCare+, launched nationwide this week and is available exclusively to members of the MyLowe's Rewards loyalty program.

Priced at $99 per year, HomeCare+ provides subscribers with two in-home visits annually. During each visit, trained Lowe's associates will handle up to seven routine maintenance tasks, ensuring homes are well-maintained without the hassle for homeowners.

- HVAC and refrigerator filter replacements
- Water heater flushing
- Garage door lubrication
- Battery replacement in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

According to a company news release, this service is expected to reach more than 75 percent of homes in the country, making it a widely accessible option for many households.
Enhanced Loyalty Program Perks
Enrolling in HomeCare+ automatically grants members Gold Status in the MyLowe's Rewards program. This elevated status comes with several exclusive benefits, including:
- Earning 1.5 points per dollar spent on purchases
- Fast and free delivery on eligible orders
- Access to member-only deals and promotions
- A 5 percent discount on select maintenance items such as filters and light bulbs
