Cross-Dressing 'Neighbor from Hell' Terrorizes Bronx Tenants

Residents of a run-down apartment building in New York are fed up with a violent, cross-dressing 'neighbor from hell' who has been caught on video roaming the halls and banging on doors with weapons, and committing lewd actions.

Doorbell camera footage shows the unidentified individual in various states of undress while brandishing a knife and masturbating as cowering residents threaten to call the police.

Another video taken by a neighbor through her front door's peephole shows the person dressed in a black cocktail dress slamming her door with a hatchet while shouting in Spanish.

An unnamed resident of the building, which is located in the northeastern Bronx neighborhood of Williamsbridge, told News12, 'He's the worst neighbor from hell that I've ever, ever ran across.'

Other neighbors said they are scared to leave their apartments and enter the hallways because they might encounter the man, who one resident described as 'out of his mind.'

The man, who stalks the halls sometimes wearing only a pink thong, has tenants fearing for their lives, especially since last month, when he is alleged to have almost caused an explosion in the building.

On April 4, the so-called neighbor from hell turned on all four gas burners on his stovetop without lighting them, causing the apartment to fill with gas.

His next-door neighbor, Leonia, told News12: 'The fire department came out, cut off his gas, but he turned it back on after they told him not to turn it back on. Then he was walking around smoking a cigarette, like he was trying to blow us up.'

The building's management, a corporate owner called Wilson Estates LLC, according to NYC-based rental transparency company Openigloo, confirmed the close call and told the outlet that the man 'was obviously high on some drug of some sort.'

Due to the deranged actions of that one individual, management was forced to completely cut off all gas in the building for the past month, impacting every tenant who lives there.

The building's management added that the man has not paid rent since January 2025 and that they started a non-payment case with NYC's housing court to get him evicted more than a year ago.

The slow-moving court still has not issued a warrant for his eviction, management told News12.

One of the building's residents told the outlet she is worried that someone will have to be hurt before any real action is taken.

'I just wish somebody would definitely hear us out, hear our cry. Help us, please help us,' another resident said.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Wilson Estates LLC's attorneys for comment.
