Gemma Collins Radiates Confidence in Holiday Photos Showcasing Weight Loss Transformation
Reality television icon Gemma Collins looked absolutely stunning this week as she enjoyed a picturesque boat trip while on holiday. The 44-year-old star, best known for her role on The Only Way Is Essex, proudly displayed her remarkable weight loss journey in a beautiful blue floral swimsuit that featured an elegant scoop neckline and vibrant pink and yellow patterns.
Sun-Soaked Smiles and Positive Affirmations
Beaming with happiness under the protection of a large pink sun hat, Gemma posed confidently at the front of the vessel while surrounded by sparkling blue waters. She accompanied her social media posts with an uplifting message to her followers, writing: 'No blue Monday here! We must always remain to think positive. DONT EVER LET ANYONE TELL YOU HOW YOUR FEELING'.
The television personality has been openly documenting her health transformation with her Instagram audience, having successfully reduced from a size 26 to a size 20. In additional holiday photographs, she showcased her new figure in an eye-catching purple swimsuit while wearing designer sunglasses, and later dazzled in an off-the-shoulder white fur dress during a glamorous evening out with fiancé Rami Hawash.
Mounjaro Journey and Health Considerations
Gemma revealed last year that she achieved significant results within just three months using Mounjaro weight loss injections. However, she recently disclosed that she experienced what she described as an 'agonising' gallbladder attack in August, which led her to temporarily pause the treatment. Medical professionals have since assured her that this health episode was not directly linked to the medication.
The reality star has now adopted a microdosing approach, returning to the initial 2.5mg dosage after previously increasing to the maximum 15mg weekly amount. She explained her decision, stating: 'I've given it a rest and I've really been managing what I've been eating. But I think I'm going to start microdosing because I feel with the microdosing, you don't get all the [side] effects.'
Celebrating Progress and Future Goals
Hailing the treatment as 'life changing', Gemma has maintained a weight loss of approximately three and a half stone. She emphasised her health-focused approach, commenting: 'I've lost about 3½st and kept it off. I just feel good. I'm never going to look stick thin. I don't want to look stick thin. It's not who I am. But it's about being healthier. So it's all going in the right direction.'
Her ultimate objective is to lose six stone from her original weight, though she stresses that she intends to achieve this gradually rather than through dramatic rapid reduction.
Exciting Personal Milestones Ahead
The television personality has also shared exciting news about her personal life, confirming that she and businessman Rami Hawash plan to welcome a baby and celebrate their marriage in 2026. During New Year's Eve celebrations at London's prestigious The Ned hotel, Gemma posted about her 'final drink of champagne' before embarking on motherhood.
She has been remarkably transparent about her fertility challenges, having previously experienced multiple miscarriages and receiving a diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome. Gemma and Rami, who is already stepmother to his seven-year-old son Tristan, have considered various paths to parenthood including surrogacy and fostering.
Regarding their wedding plans, the couple intends to host three separate ceremonies: a main event in the United Kingdom, an additional celebration abroad, and an intimate gathering for close family and friends. True to her distinctive style, Gemma has confirmed she will wear multiple wedding dresses across these occasions.
