Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz are reportedly engaged, just eight months after first being spotted together. The Big Little Lies actor was spotted sporting a huge diamond ring in pictures published last week. A source close to the pair is now said to have confirmed the engagement to People magazine, telling the publication that Styles and Kravitz have shared the news with “a small circle” of loved ones. The Independent has contacted the pair’s representatives for comment.
The former One Direction star, 32, was first seen with 37-year-old Kravitz in August last year, when eagle-eyed onlookers saw them kissing in a London restaurant. Just a week later, they were pictured kissing during a trip to Rome. At the time, a source said Styles had been spending time with Kravitz while she was on the promotional trail for the film Caught Stealing, which she starred in opposite Austin Butler.
According to People, Kravitz plans to return the favour later this year by joining Styles on his Together, Together global tour, which will see the singer promote his fourth studio album Kiss All the Time, Disco, Occasionally with mini residencies in cities including London, Amsterdam and Las Vegas. Things were clearly getting serious in September last year when the couple was spotted having lunch with Kravitz’s musician father Lenny Kravitz.
Kravitz has been married before but called time on her relationship with fellow actor Karl Glusman in December 2020, a year-and-a-half after they got hitched. She then moved on with Channing Tatum, and the pair got engaged in 2023, before calling off the wedding plans and splitting in October 2024.
Meanwhile, Styles has had a number of low-key, but high-profile, romances – including one with Kravitz’s pal Taylor Swift. The pair dated for a few months from late 2012 until early 2013. The short-lived romance appeared to have a pretty big impact on Swift, and among Swifties, it’s now widely accepted as fact that she penned a handful of songs about her former beau for 1989, including Style. Thankfully, it doesn’t seem to have impacted Kravitz and Swift’s friendship, with a source telling Us Weekly last year that Taylor “doesn’t have an issue” with the relationship.
More recently, Styles is believed to have dated Bones and All actor Taylor Russell for a year, until they parted ways in May 2024. Prior to this, he had one of his most high-profile relationships to date, with his Don’t Worry Darling director and co-star Olivia Wilde. They called time on their romance after two years in 2022.
