Rapper Ice Spice is embracing her curves once more after a significant weight loss over the past year. The 26-year-old, who recently made headlines for a physical altercation at a McDonald's, showcased her fuller figure in a series of Instagram posts this week, humorously comparing herself to a 'birthday cake'.
New Look on Social Media
The 'Munch' hitmaker posed confidently in a pair of grey panties and a nude-toned top while in her hotel room. Her celebrity friends—including reality star Joseline Hernandez, influencer Charli D'Amelio, and rapper Sexyy Red—left comments praising her voluptuous appearance.
Previous Weight Loss and Ozempic Allegations
Ice Spice noticeably slimmed down in 2024 and 2025, sparking rumors that she had used Ozempic, a diabetes drug often misused for weight loss. She vehemently denied these claims on X, writing, 'Like, you lazy a** bitches never heard of a gym?' She added, 'It's called the gym. It's called eating healthy. It's called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all day, it would be easier to stay big.'
Recently, however, she has regained some weight and expressed happiness about it, stating she is 'happy to be thick as f**k again'.
McDonald's Incident
Earlier this month, Ice Spice was involved in a fight at a Hollywood McDonald's. She was sitting in a booth with a female friend when a fan named 'Vayah' approached them. Video footage from TMZ shows Vayah making a motion as if asking Spice's friend to slide over. A heated exchange followed, escalating when Vayah struck Spice in the face and swung at her multiple times. Additional footage obtained by the Daily Mail shows the fight continuing outside, where Spice was thrown to the ground.
Spice's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, issued a statement saying the 'unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly.' He also criticized the McDonald's location for lack of appropriate security.
