She revealed a significant shift in her approach to health, moving away from calorie counting and excessive cardio. "I shifted my whole thought process on dieting," Decker stated. "I realized that wasn’t working for my body anymore. Now my body wants to be strong and fuel up."
Her current regimen includes working out three to four times weekly with heavy weights, circuit training, and light cardio, complemented by a diet rich in whole foods. Decker also incorporates swimming in her home pool and focuses on strength over scale numbers, using before-and-after photos to track progress. "This is the best I have felt in so long," she noted, adding that she now allows herself indulgences like pasta and cookies, viewing carbs as energy for workouts.
