Harry and Meghan Depart Sydney Before Retreat Attendees Wake

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have made a discreet exit from Sydney, leaving the Intercontinental Coogee Beach hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning. Their departure occurred well before the attendees of the Her Best Life retreat, an event held at the same venue where women paid $3,200 each for the chance to spend time with Meghan, had even begun their scheduled breakfast and yoga session.

Meghan's Brief Appearance at the Retreat

On Friday night, Meghan spent a mere two hours at the retreat, engaging in activities that included posing for group selfies with select VIP guests and participating in a question-and-answer session with Her Best Life podcaster Gemma O'Neill. Following this, she joined Prince Harry to attend a NSW Waratahs versus Pasifika Moana rugby union match at Allianz Stadium.

Despite the brevity of her visit, retreat participants expressed overwhelming enthusiasm on social media. One attendee described Gemma's conversation with the duchess as 'incredible - so much kindness from Meghan', while another reported having 'goosebumps' from the experience.

High-Profile Guests and Early Morning Departure

The event attracted notable figures, including radio personalities Jackie O Henderson and Carrie Bickmore, as well as reality television star Megan Towner. Also present were Prince Harry and Meghan's close Canadian friend Markus Anderson, who shares a friendship with Gemma O'Neill.

On Saturday morning, the retreat group had plans to start their day with an optional yoga class at 7:45 am, followed by a buffet breakfast to 'ease into the day'. However, unbeknownst to the attendees, their star guest had already vacated the premises.

Harry and Meghan's motorcade quietly exited the Intercontinental's underground car park at 7:20 am. The convoy consisted of one NSW police BMW and two glossy Range Rovers, transporting the couple to Sydney International Airport.

Journey Back to California

According to reports from the Daily Mail, the Sussexes were booked on a 9 am American Airlines flight to Los Angeles. Upon landing on Saturday morning California time, they were expected to reunite with their children, Prince Archie, aged 6, and Princess Lilibet, aged 4, at their mansion in the upscale beachside community of Montecito.

The flight itself is noted for its luxury, featuring eight first-class suites described as 'a testament to luxury in the skies', offering 'unparalleled comfort and privacy'. Passengers on this service receive 'unwavering attention' from flight attendants, ensuring a premium travel experience.
