Parklife makes a big return to Manchester this weekend as more than 80,000 fans head over to Heaton Park for live music and good times. The annual festival was first held at Platt Fields Park in 2007 but has gone from strength to strength over the years by attracting some of the biggest acts and performers. This year's festival, on June 20 and 21, will be headlined by Calvin Harris, Skepta, Sammy Virji and Zara Larsson.
Across the two days, there will also be performances from the likes of Nia Archives, Josh Baker, Chris Stussy, Rudim3ntal, Marlon Hoffstadt, and Kettama, as well as big names including Propsa, Rossi, Ewan McVicar and Armand Van Helden.

Attendees are also warned that there is no re-admission to the festival on the same day. There are plenty of food and drink options as well as welfare and medical assistance should people need it.
It's set to be a busy weekend for Manchester with a host of big concerts from the likes of Take That and Lily Allen taking place elsewhere, as well as the latest matches as part of the Netball Super League and the Women's T20 Cricket World Cup. This means that there may be longer waits for public transport across the two days. Those who are attending will be able to make use of the bus and tram networks with a Parklife Travel Pass, which will also include the use of the dedicated shuttle bus service which will drop ticketholders off at the entry gates at Heaton Park.
