Ruth Langsford has announced the upcoming release of her memoir, 'Ruth Langsford Feeling Fabulous', as she navigates her divorce from Eamonn Holmes. The 65-year-old TV presenter shared the news on Instagram, describing the book as a collection of stories about her life, including 'the ups and the downs, the good and the not so good'. The memoir is set to be published on 26 February.
Langsford and Holmes, who were together for 27 years and married for 14, separated in June 2024. Holmes, 66, has since begun a relationship with relationship counsellor Katie Alexander, who is 22 years his junior. The former couple, who co-hosted ITV's This Morning for a decade, have largely avoided discussing each other publicly since the split.
In a recent interview with woman&home, Langsford revealed she has been attending therapy since the separation. 'It is very powerful and very useful. It gives me tools to deal with things,' she said. She also expressed optimism about the future, stating, 'I definitely see light in the future where I didn't before. Before, I saw darkness... but now the fear [has] gone.'
The couple have yet to finalise their divorce and are reportedly in a dispute over finances, with Langsford said to be upset about the potential sale of the marital home. Meanwhile, Holmes has claimed he has been 'ruined' by HMRC over a tax dispute regarding his employment status while presenting This Morning.
