Gold Coast fitness personality Avalon Nadfalusi and her partner, entrepreneur Adam Sullivan, have announced the joyous arrival of their first child, a baby daughter.
A Social Media Announcement Filled With Joy
The glamorous couple shared their happy news on social media on Tuesday, posting several intimate photos and a video to mark the occasion. The newborn, named Rowe, was born on 5 January 2026, weighing in at 5.1 pounds. The announcement was made on Avalon's Instagram account, which boasts over 320,000 followers.
"Our sweet baby Rowe 5.1.26," the new mother wrote in a joint post with Adam. The caption accompanied a beautiful image of the sleeping newborn next to a wooden plaque bearing her unique name. Further photos showed the little one dressed in a white suit with a large yellow headband, cuddling a pink toy bunny, and another captured a tender moment of Adam holding his daughter.
Intimate Glimpses of a Precious Arrival
Avalon also posted a moving black-and-white video documenting Rowe's entrance into the world. The clip, captioned "It's just so special," showed Avalon in labour with Adam offering comfort by her side. Another powerful scene, titled "She's here," captured the raw, emotional moment just seconds after birth, with Avalon holding her daughter for the first time.
The couple's famous friends and followers were quick to flood the post with congratulations. Fellow fitness influencer Kayla Itsines commented, "More, more, more," while entrepreneur Adrian Portelli wrote, "Congrats, she's adorable."
A Rapidly Evolving Life Chapter
The couple, who publicly announced their romance in January of last year, revealed they were expecting in July. Adam Sullivan, 35, is the owner of the online health and fitness app Evidence Based Training. Avalon Nadfalusi is 25.
The birth of their daughter marks a significant new chapter for the pair, who have been in the public eye for their business ventures and property moves. Earlier in 2025, Adam made headlines after selling his lavish Moroccan-inspired Gold Coast mansion, known as Dune, for a reported $12 million. He later stated he "walked away even" from the sale, having purchased the five-bedroom property with a rooftop pool just six months prior for $11 million.
In March of last year, Adam also took to Instagram to announce the purchase of another property in Mermaid Waters for approximately $3.1 million, signalling a period of considerable change that now culminates in the arrival of baby Rowe.
