Fitness star Avalon Nadfalusi welcomes baby daughter Rowe

Gold Coast fitness influencer Avalon Nadfalusi and her partner, entrepreneur Adam Sullivan, have announced the joyous arrival of their first child, a baby daughter.

A Joyful Social Media Announcement

The glamorous couple shared their happy news on Tuesday, 5th January 2026, via a joint post on Instagram. They revealed their newborn's unique name, Rowe, alongside a charming photo of the baby next to a custom name plaque. "Our sweet baby Rowe 5.1.26," Avalon captioned the intimate snapshot.

A second gorgeous picture showed little Rowe dressed in a white suit with a large yellow headband, cuddling a big pink toy bunny. A third, heartwarming image featured new father Adam, 35, holding his precious daughter in his arms.

Intimate Moments from the Birth

Avalon, 25, also posted a moving black-and-white video documenting Rowe's entrance into the world. The clip, captioned "It's just so special," showed Avalon in labour with Adam standing supportively by her side, gently stroking her shoulder.

Another powerful scene captured the raw emotion of the first moments after birth, with Avalon holding her newborn, accompanied by the simple title: "She's here."

Congratulations from Friends and Followers

The announcement was swiftly met with an outpouring of love from the couple's extensive network. Fellow fitness influencer Kayla Itsines commented, "More, more, more," while entrepreneur Adrian Portelli added, "Congrats, she's adorable."

The couple, who publicly announced their romance in January of last year and shared news of the pregnancy in July, are now settling into life as a family of three. Adam is the owner of the online health and fitness app Evidence Based Training, and Avalon boasts over 320,000 followers on Instagram.

This happy family news follows a significant year for Adam in the property market. Early in 2025, he sold his vast Moroccan-inspired Gold Coast mansion, known as Dune, for a reported $12 million. He later revealed he "walked away even" after purchasing the five-bedroom home with a rooftop pool just six months prior for $11 million. In March last year, he also acquired a property in Mermaid Waters for around $3.1 million.
