Trinny Woodall's Unconventional Morning Ritual for Digestive Health
Fashion and beauty influencer Trinny Woodall has openly shared the peculiar workout she performs each morning to ensure her bowel movements remain regular. The 62-year-old founder of a successful beauty brand took to social media to demonstrate this personal hack to her extensive following.
A Vibrating Plate for Digestive Regularity
In a candid video clip, Trinny appeared wearing only a bra and blue shorts while standing on a vibrating board. When questioned by her assistant about her actions, she explained, 'This is actually my morning routine sometimes, okay? But all these things contribute to different things in my life.' Holding weights and sporting an LED face mask, she elaborated, 'So this vibrating plate is really good to help me have a poo in the morning.'
The remainder of the video detailed the benefits of her various LED masks and her exfoliating regimen. Followers responded with a mix of amusement and admiration, with comments ranging from 'New sleep paralysis demon unlocked' to praises like 'You look like a superhero' and 'There is a method in the madness cos you still look in your 40s!' Many noted her ageless appearance, attributing it to her rigorous routine.
Celebrating a Milestone Birthday
Earlier this month, Trinny marked her 62nd birthday with close friends, showcasing her radiant complexion. The low-key festivities began at her London home with breakfast after her daughter Lyla returned from studying in Madrid. Trinny, who shares Lyla with her late ex-husband Johnny Elichaoff, was joined by a group of female pals, including Susannah Constantine and TV personality Tania Bryer.
Dressed stylishly in leopard print, she enjoyed a lavish lunch and was surprised with a gifted vacuum cleaner. She captioned the post, 'Such a joyful birthday today surrounded by my favourite girlfriends and family. Lyla came over from Spain. She made me the most glorious cakes for breakfast and gorgeous thoughtful presents. Girlfriends came over for lunch and Zak and Alfie made it. Such a cozy day.'
Opening Up About Personal Struggles
Trinny, who became a mother in 2003 with the birth of Lyla, recently discussed her challenging journey to motherhood on Fabulous magazine's No Parental Guidance podcast. She revealed undergoing 16 rounds of IVF, which was successful on the second attempt but accompanied by miscarriages. She described the emotional toll, saying, 'The first time, you feel that trickle and go to the bathroom and you think, 'OK' - and your heart just sinks.'
Despite these hardships, she continued filming What Not To Wear, often keeping her struggles private. She credited co-star Susannah Constantine for providing support, noting, 'I definitely would have told Susannah, but I don't know if I would have told the production crew. I just carried on because otherwise what else do you do?' Her resilience highlights the personal battles behind her public persona.
