Naya Khan, aged 19, has openly shared her diet and workout routines online, but faces harsh accusations from trolls who claim she used weight loss injections to achieve her results.
From 23 Stone to a New Life
At her heaviest, Naya weighed 23 stone and 6 pounds, struggling with self-image issues from a young age.
