The couple had initially purchased the five-bedroom house at auction for $2.43 million in July 2022, making a tidy profit from the sale.
Reports indicate that the auction attracted between 60 to 70 people, with fierce bidding starting at $2.5 million. While neither Jules nor Lachie were present at the event, auctioneer Justin Nickerson confirmed that all parties were "happy" with the outcome. The sale followed Jules' 36th birthday celebration on Friday, where she was seen enjoying time with friends.
