Club powerbrokers have utilised the Claude AI platform to develop a virtual version of Gould, the current general manager of football. Bulldogs chairman Adam Driussi, who previously ran a data company and now operates an AI firm, spearheaded the project. Gould revealed on the Hello Sport Podcast that Driussi has meticulously compiled his insights over an extended period.
'He has actually created a virtual me,' Gould explained. 'He has got me to answer all these questions over a long period of time. It has gone into Claude and it goes into my background, any column I have written, any speech I have ever given, anything I have ever done.'

The Claude AI software, founded by former OpenAI employees Dario Amodei and Daniela Amodei, has gained significant traction with 30 million active users globally. For the Bulldogs, it serves as a dynamic repository of Gould's expertise.
'Claude remembers anything we have spoken about and pre-empts what I'm about to ask,' Gould noted. 'Claude is learning more about me and the way we do our business.'
