According to Downdetector, over 7,750 users in the United States flagged issues with the app. An additional 3,500 users in the United Kingdom also reported being unable to use the site properly. Complaints centered around posts and comments failing to load, leaving many users frustrated.
One user wrote on Downdetector: "X posts/comments not loading all of a sudden. X down for anyone else RN?" The issue began at approximately 1:45 pm ET (6:45 pm BST).
