This reported concentration significantly surpasses California's Proposition 65 safety threshold for reproductive toxicity, which is set at a maximum of 0.5 micrograms per day. According to the lawsuit, the product's lead content is more than four times this legal limit, potentially exposing consumers to health risks without adequate warning.
