The alleged offence took place at Westbury Mall in Fareham, Hampshire, on Sunday 18 January. According to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police, a woman reported being filmed in a toilet cubicle without her permission, prompting an immediate investigation.

The individual is described as a white male, aged between 20 and 29 years old. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall with a proportionate build and light brown hair. At the time of the alleged offence, he was wearing a distinctive black zip-up jacket featuring a white North Face logo, black joggers, and black shoes with white trim.
